How can I send e-mails to other users?
To send different users an E-Mail you must be registered and announced. When you have found someone in the land selection or in the search who you would like to contact you can write an email to this user.

How do you get messages from other members?
The messages will be directly sent to your registered email-address. Check your Spam just in case.

Why should I register myself?
You must register yourself before you can send a message or receive messages from other users.

How can I edit my profile?
You can edit your profile at any time under "My Account". It is up to you to keep your profile current anyways please take care that your email address is always current. You can change each field in your profile except your user name. If you have registered with an user name it will be yours as long as you are PenPals Member. Only in case of extraordinary circumstances you can ask the administrator to change your username.

If I forgot my password, what do I do?
If you should have forgotten your password, click on the "Password forgotten?" Link, this is every space in which you must enter your password. After that a site with a form is opened, into which you must enter the E-Mail address with which you have registered yourself. After sending this form you will receive an E-Mail which describes how you can assign yourself a new password.
